PARK GUIDE FOR RESIDENTS

All Leaseholders and therefore their tenants (where properties are rented) are bound to abide by the covenants in their property’s lease.

The following list sets out some practical guidelines designed for the mutual benefit of all lessees and residents.  In no way do they alter or restrict the terms of the Lease.

Non-specific items are included under the Company’s general authority to make regulations, as per clause 6.3 of the Lease.

The Park Manager has delegated authority from DPMCL to ensure these guidelines are followed by all residents.  Leaseholder landlords must inform their tenants of these before their tenancies commence.

If any of the lease restrictive covenants/’House Guidelines’ are broken,  Devington Park Management Comany Limited will take such action as is necessary, which could include legal action.
