Communal Entrance Lobbies

The entrance lobbies are cleaned on a regular basis by DPMCL employees or contractors.

Residents are not permitted to store personal items anywhere within the lobbies.

DPMCL reserves the right, without prior warning, to remove and dispose of any such items found in the lobbies.

DPMCL does not take responsibility for any damage or loss regarding items left in the lobbies.

Notice Board 

There is a notice board located in the entrance of the North Side Lower Cloisters where useful information plus Minutes of the Residents Association meetings are displayed.

Noise

Residents, friends and visitors should be considerate and have respect for their neighbours at all times of day and night, especially where noise is concerned.

Smoking

Smoking in any enclosed common area and the lift is strictly forbidden.

Advertising Boards / Banners

Advertising Boards / Banner  visible from windows or displayed on any part of your property or any part of the estate are strictly forbidden.
